Bahaywell runs bahaywell.com. This notice explains how we collect and use personal information when you shop with us. Our store is powered by Shopify.

What we collect

  • Contact and delivery details (name, email, address, phone)
  • Order and payment-related details (handled by Shopify and your payment provider — we do not store full card numbers)
  • Messages you send to Support@bahaywell.com
  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via cookies and similar technologies

How we use it

  • Take and fulfil orders, and arrange shipping
  • Reply to support questions
  • Improve the shop and prevent fraud
  • Measure and improve advertising (including Meta ads — see below)

Who we share it with

  • Shopify and payment providers to run checkout and payments
  • Fulfilment / shipping partners to deliver your order
  • Meta Platforms when we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API (see below)
  • Other service providers who help run the business (for example email or analytics), only as needed

We do not sell your personal information.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API (advertising tools)

We use Meta Business Tools on bahaywell.com, including the Meta Pixel (browser) and the Conversions API (server-side). These tools help us measure ads, understand what leads to purchases, improve ad delivery, and build audiences for Meta platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram).

When you visit our site, browse products, add to cart, start checkout, or buy, we may send event data to Meta. Depending on how the tools are set up, that can include:

  • Page URLs and basic browsing activity (for example page view, view content, add to cart, initiate checkout, purchase)
  • HTTP information such as IP address, browser/device type, and approximate location derived from that
  • Cookie and online identifiers used by Meta (and, if enabled, hashed contact details such as email for advanced matching)
  • Order-related details needed for measurement (for example order value and currency), without sending card numbers

Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy, including as a joint controller for certain Business Tools processing in the UK/EEA where that applies. Learn more in Meta’s policies: Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Business Tools Terms.

Consent and control. Where UK/EU law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we only activate Pixel/marketing tags after you consent (or as otherwise allowed). The same consent choice should apply to Conversions API events that mirror Pixel activity. You can also manage Meta ad preferences in your Meta account settings, use browser controls to block cookies, or email Support@bahaywell.com with privacy requests.

We do not intentionally send Meta prohibited sensitive data (for example health or financial account details) through these tools.

Cookies

Essential cookies are needed for the cart and checkout. Analytics and advertising cookies (including Meta) are used for measurement and ads where permitted. You can control non-essential cookies through any cookie banner on the site and through your browser settings.

Your rights (UK)

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data where applicable, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email Support@bahaywell.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
