Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom. If you need delivery elsewhere, email Support@bahaywell.com before ordering.

Processing
Orders usually leave fulfilment within 1–3 working days. You’ll get an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships.

Delivery times
Most UK orders arrive within 7–21 working days, depending on the item and carrier.

Free UK shipping on all orders.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we’ll email it to you.

Customs
UK domestic orders: no import duties.

Address mistakes
Please check your address at checkout. Delays from a wrong address aren’t something we can reverse once the parcel is with the carrier.
